Hey members! Hope you all are doing great.
Since most of you now already know that Recently i upgraded fromGalaxy S23 toGalaxy S25 base variant. Today I'm sharing The battery performance that how did it Performed with my mixed usage Including Gaming for 45 minutes to 1 hour, some Instagram usage, web browsing & lots of calls.

But before i proceed, here are some points That you should know:

1: I always use the device in 120hz, not at 60hz

2: I'm using battery protection & locked it at 80% so it doesn't charges above 80%

3: Performance profile is set to standard not Light

4: I've 2 Jio SIM's & both are always on 5G

5: I never let the battery to drop down below 20% so when the battery goes below 20% i Charge it again to 80% . So I'm only using 60% Of the battery's power while 40% is unused.

6: Always On Display is set as Tap To Show

7:Screen timeout is set to 15 seconds

8: Adaptive brightness is enabled. I don't adjust The brightness manually

9: I'm using both Wi-Fi & mobile data

10: I don't use power saving mode to save the Battery

Now let's jump onto the results!

So as you guyz can see that i got an Screen On Time of 4 hrs with total usage time of 12 hrs 56 mins. Considering it's a brand new device & It's not even a week old, only 4 days since i Unboxed & started using it, i think this battery Life is good. It's not bad or like it's excellent, But for a new phone this battery life is Exceptionally good considering the settings on Which I'm using the device.

What do you guys think about this battery life, Do let me know in the comments. If you've any Suggestions then i would love to hear that.

So that's me signing off
Until then take care & I'll catch you'll in the next Thread...😊

Battery life was better in OneUI7 on my S25Ultra. Since OneUI8 update, Battery usage has increased a lot.

If its brand new, you should also charge the phone to 100% at least for 4-5 charging cycle, and drain it till 15% or lower, this will help to increase battery performance

Charging battery to 100% will reduce it's lifetime...

I am saying it for first one week or so if you have new phone so that battery gains its full capacity and will work efficiently. Later its your choice if you want to maintain 20% to 80% charging cycle.. but in this case also you should full charge battery once in a week

That's false claim. I used to charge my Note9 everyday to 100% and battery lasted 4.5 years(with 8+ hrs of SOT) and would have lasted a lot more if my phone's motherboard hadn't gone dead.
For my S22Ultra, the same thing. I used it for 3.5 years and same with the battery.
