Galaxy S23 base + Jio 5g - Slow upload speeds even on 5g

I tried testing upload speeds on Jio 5g network in india (tier 1 City).

I could see that download speeds are upto 1259 mbps but upload speeds are not upto the mark. Its just reaching upto 106mbps in my case, tried multiple locations but this what I could achieve. 

Can everyone please post there results as well on same carrier along with handset details

Abhi kam hai bhai kal tower ke pass gaye the to itni show ho rahi thi.

Tower ke paas jane ke liye thodi bola maine...abhi jaha ho wahi ki puch raha tha....🤣

But mere me bhi 103 hi approx jaati hai upload speed.
