One UI evolved really well in these years for which it could gather its super strong fan base resulting in WIDE RANGE OF PEOPLE BUYING PREMIUM SAMSUNG PHONE FOR FEATURES THAT COME BUNDLED WITH ONE UI. But what we see is really disappointing and frustrating. Premium phones of Samsung after one year more specifically after launch of new premium phone do not get attention and support from its manufacturer or developer and is ignored like the old one is worthy of being thrown to garbage bin. When someone buys a premium phone, he has a humanistic expectation in mind that he would get up-to-date features for at least 3-5 years but it's not the case with samsung premium phones. IF YOU BUY A NEW PREMIUM SAMSUNG PHONE THIS YEAR YOU HAVE TO DUMP IT NEXT YEAR. It creates a genuine question in mind why someone should buy a premium Samsung phone which will deliver value and have real life worthiness of just one year?
STRATEGY TO SELL A NEW PREMIUM PHONE BY DELAYING UPDATES OR WITHHOLDING SPECIFIC FEATURES WILL ONE DAY MAKE SAMSUNG TO FIND OUT A STRATEGY TO SALE AT LEAST ONE PHONE.
Disruption of these disappointments as such one day would lead to downfall of the company. It's not new to the world that big companies who had ruled for years in past is no more existing and not even able to stand among the crowd now. Hope that this is not the fate of Samsung.
