Hello Samsung Team,
I’m facing a persistent issue with my Galaxy S23 where the phone randomly freezes and restarts, especially while using Instagram Reels. I had reported this earlier through the Samsung Members app and also submitted the required log files as instructed.
I then received an email from your team stating that my case was highlighted, the logs were being evaluated, and that the issue would be “resolved positively.” However, the problem still continues. The phone has restarted 7–8 times again, even after your assurance. Clearly, nothing has changed.
I purchased this device as a flagship premium phone, and it’s extremely frustrating that it behaves this way. What’s more disappointing is the lack of any real solution so far. Telling the customer to just “wait” is not acceptable when the issue affects daily usability.
I request you to escalate this issue and provide a permanent, working solution immediately. I’m truly disappointed with the service I’ve received so far from a brand like Samsung.
