2.jpg3.jpg4.jpg5.jpgI've been using the Galaxy S23 for 1.5 Years, and shortly after installing the recent One UI 7 update, a couple of green lines appeared on the screen, which were not present before. As my device has been well-maintained and has no history of physical impact or liquid exposure, it appears this may be a known issue related to the update, rather than physical damage or misuse

I've already escalated with CS, but they refused the free replacement due to the device being out of warranty.

If anyone from the community can help with the free replacement claim steps, please let me know.

Hey, file a complaint with the national consumer forum app, use your job ID and invoice number to get a free replacement. I got a free screen for my S22 Plus (it's a year and a half old!), only paid about 600 rupees for the work.

I got it today on my S23+. I visited the service center within 30 minutes but was told free replacement isn't available for S23 series and they even have the space parts and screens in stock.
