I tried to claim my promotional gifts after purchasing my phone at vodacom. 

The application form didn't allow me to attach my invoice, the pdf I tried to attach was smallerthan 3MB. When I tried again the claim button under benefits disappeared and seems to be no longer available. I also did not receive any correspondence with a reference number. No agents available on Text chat? 

What to do?

I still haven't received any feedback,

or even an acknowledgement of my email.

I received a email confirming registration of the device and benefits, yet under benefits not a single benefit I was promised was offered. I am really disappointed that you referred us to the verify mail address and they could not address the issue . The email rather looks like a automated one if you ask me.
