About 1 year and 7 months ago, I invested my hard-earned savings in purchasing my first Samsung phone, the S21 FE. However, recently, following an update, a vertical green line appeared on the screen. Hoping for a resolution, I visited the local customer care center, only to be informed that free replacements are reserved for high-end Galaxy devices. I was informed that the repair would cost 9000 rupees, which came as a shock since Samsung excluded the S21 FE, categorizing it as a mid-range phone. Despite this setback, I am incredibly fond of my S21 FE and have encountered no other issues. As someone who has always been loyal to Samsung, I implore them to reconsider their policy and provide assistance with replacing my display. It would make a significant difference to customers like myself, who may struggle to afford such unexpected expenses.

Oh boy! I'm sorry. I guess it's intentional move from Samsugn. I own SD variant, maybe they will come to us later. I can understand your emotions from your post's description. Spending hard earned money to buy something we love and like, eventually turns out to be waste by intentional business minded marons move, can't be digested at all. If the brand who made this move reads this message means, kindly take actions to replace the display for free. Clearly pixels burning when updating mobile is not our fault. It's your architectural fault and we can't be blamed for that and paid STUPIDS.
