Excessive heating on newly bought S20 FE 5G. No video games played, not even watching videos. Just phone calls of 5 minutes and I had to disconnect.

can't even touch the phone. Can't take a call without headphones on because it's frighteningly hot. It's not while setting up. all updated are installed.phone restarted. it's 10 hours after setting up.

No for 4g, but that is the response from samsung everyone is getting..

I getting issue. Bring samsung care 4 times and they just update software that's all. Samsung care too poor. Not solving the issue just reset the phone. That not the solution

  • I bought the s20 fe 5g a month ago and   already from an easy use the phone gets so hot near the camera, i tried contacting the custumer support but got nothing. Dont know what to do.
