Hey members,
I've been using S10 lite for well over 4 months now.
Before the One UI 2.5 upgrade, I really liked the camera of this phone. But after the update, camera quality has taken a hit. Pictures are a lot more grainy and shutter speed is extremely slow. It takes a good second before the picture is captured and this delay in shutter speed blurs out pictures a lot.
First I thought it's just my device but having faced the same issue on a friend's device too, I can confirm that Samsung has degraded performance of this camera. I don't know why they'd do that. Maybe because they want to sell S20 FE more but let me know if you guys also facing similar problems.

I'm not facing any such issues on my S10 lite. I only face Focussing issues while shooting videos on 60fps.
For the picture capture issues you are facing check the below:
1. Try clearing the Camera cache and data as suggested by Samsung support.
2. In addition try clearing the delvic system cache from the Recovery mode.
3. Check for a camera update on Galaxy store.

Cheers,
Kris

Yes, the shutter speed is slow and have been noticing focusing issues after one ui 2.5 update. Is this a planned obsolescence?
