**bleep** Samsung and their **bleep** **bleep** phone. Actually, the phone is okay it's their need to **bleep** up the android OS that is **bleep**. Why, why do they make everything proprietary?
So you got an Android phone and want to switch to Samsung, well forget the backup of your old phone because there is no way to bring your info over because you now need to use Samsungs proprietary Smart Switch program which is not compatible with anything but Samsung devices. So when I went from Motorola to Samsung I lost all my **bleep**. And don't bother calling tech support because they are worthless. No clue what I was talking about, or how to run their own **bleep** software.
All your photos are in Google Photos, well you don't need that **bleep** anymore, you have Samsung Gallery, and they claim you can still access Photo but just try adding a pic to Facebook. Unless you send yourself the image and then download it to Gallery you will never see it.
And whatever you do, don't get tricked into turning on TalkBack, I almost put my new phone through a wall because you have no controls, Google says you can press vol up and down at the same time to turn it off, not so. Even the voice assistant is powerless. I don't know how but somehow managed to get it turned off.
It seems like every time I turn around I run into some other **bleep** with this phone because Samsung can't just leave **bleep** alone. I wish I would have gotten the Google Pixel. I am so pissed off right now I am seriously thinking about ditching this unholy abomination and getting a Pixel or a OnePLus. This is so not worth it. Samsung can **bleep**!
