Freezing issue

Galaxy s23 ultra is freezing the screen while using the instgram and it shut downs the mobile.

Happened 10-15 times after March update

Bro take a back up of your data and then boot in to recovery clear tou cache files from it in worst case please factory reset from recovery and chek if it reolves

Before doing it please do the same with instagram uninstall and then install it

same in s24 ultra sometimes . only after insta shut down

Instagram has known issues. They have released updates. Check and update your phone.

It is happening with my S23 as well.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon.
