Free Screen replacement

Samsung India has been offering free screen replacement for the Galaxy S21 series, the Galaxy S21 FE, and the Galaxy S22 Ultra for about a year now. It was supposed to end on December 31st, 2024, but the company has now extended the claim period until September 30th, 2025.

I am also facing same issues with my galaxy S21 FE.  Please extend the time.  First time in last 15 year I am moving to a Non-Samsung phone. As people saying this will continue to happen with Samsung.

It's only valid if your phone is within three years of purchase, otherwise they won't replace it. My phone was a Galaxy S21 Plus — it was past three years, so they refused a replacement and asked for ₹17,000. And they have to replace it for all the phone that develops a line on the display if it’s within three years otherwise, they could face legal consequences. After three years, they can use it as an excuse to charge customers — that’s how they make money like thieves.
