Those who pre reserved it from an offline retailer, majority did not receive it..despite submitting all the proofs..Samsung replied that the number is not in the pre reserve database..

That is the issue bro..I bought it from a multibrand store..and according to that ..I had to receive e voucher on my galaxy app but I didn't receive..although mu relatives received who pre reserved with me and bought it from the same retailer..and samsung isn't helping us out !!!

You will have to generate a voucher code from the Samsung shop. Now maybe the e-voucher date has not ended, find out.
