If you ask me honestly i will say
1. One Ui 5.1 is one of the most stable update with loads of features with very few to nothing bugs. And it will remain the same until One UI 7 where Samsung will most probably think and come back with their core principles of One UI ( One handed usability and working functionality with almost bug free experience)
2. Regarding hardware i will say S23 series is going to be the best value for money product from Samsung the case - in the way Samsung is following path of Apple bringing Titanium frame, it will be more important how they manage heat absorption with Titanium frame and Snapdragon processors since many of the predecessors of SD are known for overheating! If they successfully manages real life experience of smartphone in terms of heat absorption and durability with Titanium frame it is going to be game changer for industry (many other android phone manufacturers will follow the same) or if somehow they failed like the apple it could be the disaster like Pro/Pro max series.
Let's wait for S24 Series especially Ultra and JerryRigEverything!

Buying an old phone and expecting 8 updates is just a dumb thing. I know for 20k you broke your bank but next time buy a newer phone
