Galaxy SYes, i am facing the same issue after updating my S20 plus mobile to Android 12 on 17th Jan. Flight mode is turning on and off after every half an hour or so. Because of this hotspot is getting disconnected also calls are getting dropped whenever this happens. Please Samsung look in to this issue and provide the update to solve this.
