Galaxy S
After updating to latest Feb security patch, i can see the heating issue in my s23 ultra. I would suggest not to update to this security patch
After clearing cache partition, heating issue is resolved

Samsung already has a issue of degrading battery over time, check the manufacture date and if it is above 1 year and not getting enough battery, go to a service centre

And check for back glass peeling issue, it should happen any where between 6 months to 1 year, check for gap on the side of back panel, samsung has a weak adhesive, already have so many devices in the family which have faced this issue, S20 ultra, S20 fe, S21 ultra, fold 3, fold 4, S23 ultra etc

Adhesive doesn't degrade initially, check frequently after 6 months
