Fingerprint sensor not working after one UI 6.0 update

When I updated to one UI 6.0 recently on my S23 ultra, my fingerprint sensor stopped working. It started saying fingerprint sensor not responding. I tried soft reset, wiping cache partition, also did a hard reset but nothing works. After the hard reset I am not even able to register a fingerprint. It just says fingerprint sensor not working. Any way to resolve this?

Also it has started heating a lot after update

Did you drop your mobile ? Register an issue in member app support centre and take it to service centre

Will take it to service centre. But I don't know whether they would entertain or not because I purchased this from Singapore and currently I am in India. I did not drop it anywhere. Updated it yesterday. It was working fine and suddenly stopped working

Except Apple, rest all don't support international warranty! Did you install beta version before? Or this is straight stable one ?

Just go once and ask for the details and if they are ready to support them go ahead. Or take it to Singapore when you go next. For time being can live without fingerprint sensor. Use the keyin security code

There is a diagnose option in mobile try that, diagnose option in same members app as well, from there try check all sensors.
If issue persist, contact service centre at first.
