Galaxy SFingerprint sensor on my S21 is no longer working/responding. My phone fell into water last night for about two minutes, it was working fine until I charged my phone early morning and it stopped responding, I don't know if it could be the water or software issue.

Try resetting it then if that fails take it to a phone technician for fingerprint sensor calibration or if the fingerprint sensor is faulty they will tell you to replace it... Hope this helps you 👏

Resetting it is the last resort, i cleared cache hoping it would work but it didn't. I just checked updates and none yet. But I want to wait until the moisture dries out from the camera cover glass and then I will backup and reset.

Yeah, it worked, but just like u said factory resetting should be the last option.. if it's a system problem causing it not to work then it will work. But if it's the fingerprint sensor that has a fault then it won't.

I see. There's still moisture and the side power button stopped working, i double tap the screen to unlock my phone now. I decided to run some diagnostic tests and most of the sensors are not working, I suspect it could be the water issue but I am worried now. Only two cameras left that still has moisture and then I will perform a reset, otherwise I am thinking of taking it to a service center to be checked

Have the phone soak in rice for few hours, and check after if the speaker is working fine.
