I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have been experiencing with the display of my Samsung S24 Ultra over the past few months. The primary concern is the excessive smudging that occurs on the screen, making it sticky and difficult to use.

In an effort to understand the cause of this issue, I conducted a comparative test with a friend's Samsung device, which is priced around 25 thousand. Surprisingly, their device exhibited significantly less smudging compared to my own.
It is important to note that I am not using any tempered glass or other accessories that could potentially contribute to the stickiness. Despite this, the display remains problematic.
I kindly request the assistance of the Samsung team in resolving this matter and providing guidance on how to mitigate the excessive smudging issue. Your prompt attention to this concern would be greatly appreciated.

Same issue with my S24U. I was careful to only use high quality microfiber cloth and water to clean the display to keep the oleophobic coating in place. But it seemed like this phone didn't come with one and was just catching fingerprint smudges even when I have OCD and keep my hands clean.
Matte screen protectors change the touch feel and adds glare/reflection to the display. Whatever the case, the S24U display is really good at reducing reflections and this is why I want to keep it bare.
This is what finally worked for me: periodic cleaning with distilled water (in a fine spray bottle) and using a high thread count microfiber cloth. The display is much cleaner and better than before and works well.
Hope this helps. Cheers.
