Finger fingerprint sensor

Hii i have problem on my S23 plus the finger fingerprint sensor not working, it's work when the phone start heating can you please help me with that tjqnk) thanks ❤️

And i try wipe cache partition too also it doesn't work 😔

Run diagnostics on this app in the settings.

Or

1. Disable the fingerprint sensor and enable it again.

2. Remove all fingers registered and register each fingerprint again. If that doesn't work.

3.Update the fingerprint application in the settings.

4. Backup your data and do a factory reset.

5. Take it to a qualified technician its probably a hardware problem or software problems.
