 Well...it seems theFebruary patch update **bleep**...#Netflix showing error 5.7(not able to play any title)...well... I hope #samsung works on this ASAP.lag,overheat are bonus with this update...
I worked all troubleshooting steps...Don't tell me to any more troubleshooting steps...

Yeah...Instead they are trying me to do more troubleshooting steps like reset...reset..reset...blah...blah...blah...I am tired of this thing 😡🥱

Seems like DRM system files broken after the recent update. Hope samsung fix this soon, send feedback through community app.

Facing the same issue. Both Netflix and Hotstar customer service are unable to help and keep saying the same nonsense - restart phone, clear cache, wipe cache partition etc.

So irritating!
