Samsung experience 8.5 is available in note 8 and soon it will be released to all galaxy devices s7 and above..the date is max by this year end..not sure regarding bixby 2.0

As of now Oreo beta version is not available in Samsung devices. However, updates are released through FOTA in waves only, so we’re unable to determine when your device will receive an update.
