Favourites filter for image picker

Where is the favourites filter in One UI 7 for any app that allows picking image from gallery?

Some scenarios : 

1. Selecting profile photo in whatsapp

2. Adding photo in attachments in gmail

3. Attaching image in this post

Looks like favourites filter was removed and forgotten.
