Fast wireless charging in s23

Hi, I have a wireless power bank, when i was trying to charge my phone wireless charging gets stopped. But when i disable wireless charging. Then my phone gets charging wirelessly. What is the issue.

Suggest some most popular wireless power bank for s23.

Perhaps you are turning on charge other device? Maybe.. just maybe..

Samsung has its own wireless powerbanks. It is out of stock on shop app, but mostly available on the physical samsung stores, can buy it from there.

So you are saying this can be a compatibility issue. I need to buy samsung products

No, there are 2 options:
1.fast wireless charging
2. Wireless power sharing

See ss, make sure you are enabling the "fast wireless charging".
see if turning off power sharing gets to normal behaviour, or try resetting the phone( backup the data first).

Otherwise, checkout in one of the store, if they got the samsung wireless powerbank on display,test it out if it is compatibility issue.
Last option would be to get the phoen checked by service center, generally samsung stores are also service centers along.
