Fast Charging Not shown on screen

When I connect my phone to charger its first show charging then after 1 sec it reconnects and shown cable charging..Please anyone tell me is it a software issue or hardware??

Doesn't look like a software issue, anyhow I'll recommend a factory reset. But I guess the problem is with the charging port of your phone. Contacting the service centre would be the best option.

same issue happened to me 2 weeks ago. then after a week the device says that Moisture Has Been detected on your charging port. So i visited the service center then they replaced my usb port. now its working as new so its a hardware issue.
