Failed to process video, whatsapp video upload

I am facing this error while uploading video from gallary , i have tried to restart phone multiple times, but it is not resolve.. can anyone help please ?

It's a bug, if you edit the video via Samsung video editor and saved, that video sometimes can't able to share via WhatsApp. Sometimes it even shared without audio.
