Is there any problem after Factory Reset in Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus ??

I have listened that there is some problem like lcd or screen is not working well after Factory Reset

no problem....you heared about those issues which because of display connector loose issue or display burn in issue...not related with factory reset

Bro, I don't think so, once in a while factory reset is a good thing..if you are listening such words, then such sets must be facing some display or hardware issues..

NOTE: BUT DO PERFORM FACTORY RESET WHEN IT IS REALLY REQUIRED..AND DO TAKE BACKUP OF YOUR DATA.

Factory reset would not the cause of any hardware problem. Rather after certain interval this will make the device with better performance.

yeh right I usually take 6 month interval to reset the device and some time 3 months interval

not sure about s9 plus but my s8 screen flickering after factory reset
