Are you using a. Screen protector which is covering those areas?

I'm using white stone dome glass but it's not covering the front camera and face recognition doesn't work properly I don't know why , I've been using the stonedome glass protector since the Note 8 and I have it on my note20ultra it's works perfectly with no issues at all , but since I bout the s22ultra I'm facing these problems, face recognition and finger print not working correctly some time its works sometimes not I end up using the pattern to unlock the phone..

Have you tried removing the existing fingerprints and face and adding again? Does it work?

I tried multiple times also same problem that's weird.. I don't know if it's an issue with the device itself or not because my friend using same screen protector with no issues 🤔
