External harddisk

When I connect my external harddisk (WD ) to my s23 mobile it is showing this error . Can anyone help.

Is it not possible to connect harddisk

Brother To skip this process only I am connecting disk directly to mobile .

Then you need to format it with required drive format

Your HDD should be formatted to eFAT for compatibility.

Format disk in windows and select FAT32 instead NTFS. NTFS is format of Laptop FAT32 is of Android,.....

Use exFAT instead, it's more developed than FAT32, it's newer.
