Even on normal use, phone temperature is hitting the 41 to 43 degrees C mark.

My smartphone Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G ( the Snapdragon variant ) is hitting 40 to 42 degrees temperature mark, even on normal usage like switching between apps. 

I switch quickly at times between apps like Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp, Spotify and at times Youtube. I agree switching can cause the phone to get warm, but really, can just switching between normal social media apps cause the phone to get so warm to touch the 42 degrees C mark!? 

Kindly confirm if this is just a problem with my unit or is it with everyone?

I'll notice heating but not much like s20fe 4g ,
