Entertainer not working anymore on my S23 Ultra

Everytime I try to use an offer it says get your voucher code from Samsung members app to unlock the offers.

Is there anything to do to get it working again?

The voucher can be share for 1 time only. Go to your pre-installed Samsung Members app and find the offer under benefits.
