Here are some areas where Samsung could consider making improvements in Samsung notes.
1) Adding table features. 2) Allowing users to edit and share notes offline, and then sync them when the internet is available. 3) Enabling users to write with the S Pen on the cover. 4) Adding an option to remove the background of imported or copied images. 5) Adding a PDF editing option. 6) Adding a border option to notes, as sometimes we need to share official files.
