Well S20+ will get its last android update i.e. 13 or UI 5 eventually BUT only when even a cheapest phone down the line will get that update. I am really surprised that even the M series is getting the update but not S20+. Next time OnePlus, sorry, but a long lasting relationship is going to end from my side.
