Enable Jio 5G in s20fe 5G

Steps to follow, if device is not recommended as 5G in my Jio app:

 1. Open the following link in chrome.

 jio.com/5g#check-device, 

2. select the brand & model and check out the devices that are compatible with jio true 5g. (For s20fe5G, select second option S20FE)

3. It shows device is eligible and may ask for mobile number and otp.

4. After completing that, go to myjio app true 5g section.

5. Again click for device eligibility and boom, it shows device is 5g supported. 

6. Enter mobile number and otp.

7. If 5g is available in your area, you can use it after successful activation.

Samsung officially announced that Jio5g will not work until they release update as StandAlone network has not been enabled

If you wish, you may try. I have checked for my device and it enabled 5g. However, no 5g network in my area, so unable to use now.

Samsung has to release an update to enable modem support StandAlone Jio5g network and Jio5g will start working. Even a JIO5G activated working in apple 5G phone sim inserted in Samsung phone shows no 5g only LTE. Again works fine when inserted back in Apple 5G phone

Yes i have S21 fe 5g ,I'm also facing similar issue , what i can understand that they will send SA support to all the 5g Samsung phone till mid January so after that we can use 5g on jio 🫣

Not sure about mid January 2023 as previously they claimed to update by November 2022 even in news and reply to Government

Then we have to sue Sammy for this nonsense 👎👎 update where they push monthly updates but what for if you can't provide 5g sa network on ur so called 5g phone even cheaper 🙄 chinese phones are already given there device 5g support that too even on android 12 not A13🤮

Even the December 2022 update released is without 5G support.
