Email app by samsung is alslways on syncing mode and runs in background unable to exit fully I don't want that to keep syncing mails ... How to stop that or uninstall the app and install better app

There are no such option as of now.

Use Gmail ...Samsung email is battery drainer

Settings > Account and backup > Manage Account > Toggle OFF Auto Sync Data
.
Note - This will Turn OFF all Samsung's app's Auto Sync like if you use Samsung Notes or Samsung Health or Samsung Calendar, you will have to manually Refresh

I posted the same problem since 6.1 update. No resolution still. So, I switched to Yahoo Mail app. It's the best email app to substitute Samsung Email.
