Earphone volume control not working.

Recently I updated my Samsung galaxy s9 , now its on Android 10 One UI 2.1 , but now I'm not able to use my earphone volume control button. It doesn't work. Even the mic doesn't work , I tried several other earphone nothing works .😰. Only I can hear music or audio playing in the phone ,but can't control volume with my earphone control buttons 😰. 

I even tried resetting my phone and used my phone in safe mode . Nothing worked . The problem still persist.  

Does anyone have similar problem ?

I have mentioned in the post that I tried several other earphones but all had similar problems.

No brother this is hapenning with me too. After getting update on samsung s9 the earphone controls stopped working. Neither I am able to lower or higher the volume for music nor can control the calls.

try bluetooth headphones whether its software problem or hardware one..

Bluetooth earphones is working fine and all the volume controls are working, but the wired headset is not working properly.
