Earphone phone connector issue

Type C to 3.5mm jack connector is not working in my S21fe. Is there any solution for this issue or this is a default issue come up with all S21fe.

3rd party adapters will not work you should use samsung type c to 3.5mm jack

In my phone 80w oppo charger working. May be you use less than 40w adapter thanks.
