I had made the biggest mistake of buying this piece of scrap Samsung s21 instead of buying the iPhone 
Samsung is fooling people by saying false statements that after June update everything issues of this phone will be corrected..May I know what is being corrected...I am still facing all the issues which I had from day 1 January 2021 seriously don't ever buy the Samsung S21
Better go for oneplus or other cheaper brands

Sorry to hear about your experience. Please bring your device to a Samsung Service Center to have it checked out by a technician and get it back to awesome shape!

Don't get oneplus anymore. They are becoming a sub brand of oppo. Honestly they ruined their amazing products when the supposedly "flagship killer" started being sold for more than the flagships

Dear Samsung Team,

We bought a new phone from  a local Samsung shop on 19th dec-21.  Within a span of 3 months 22nd feb-21 the screen of the phone went off and we got the same replaced and since then the phone is giving issues.

1 . The stylus of the phone stopped working
2.  The phone is getting heated up

We went to the service center for the same issues on  07th June 2021 to show the device. The service center did not submit the device and returned it back to me saying the device will work fine now. But the problem persisted and I went to the service center again on 8th June -21 , the engineer checked the same and returned the unit back to us AND CLOSED THE COMPLAINT but the problem was still not resolved and when we went to collect the phone on 9th June and as soon as we started using the phone . Within a span of 5 min the phone started getting heated and we showed the same to engineer and he very well acknowledged the same. He asked us to file a complaint and since then we are following up on the same complaint and there is no progress on the same. It has been over 5 days now (and previously for 3 working days) and we haven't got any update on the same.

This unit has a MANUFACTURING DEFECT. Therefore request you to please expedite and get the unit replaced as soon as possible.

It has been a harassment to keep talking to the general customer service number.  They are totally untrained staff. They can not find the complaint from the registered mobile number. They always ask if your mobile phone is submitted in the service center or with you. I assume this all has been mentioned in my existing complaint record. It is just a harassment to explain to each and every customer service representative and their respective team leader, who keep on changing again and again. Call center is asking to visit the service center and the service center is saying call customer care to check your status, we don't have any updates. They do not understand that the customer is calling just to know the status, which should be their responsibility to be updated to the customer.

I am also facing the same issues. Customer service is pathetic.
