Dual sim network bars

I saw this screenshot on reddit , and I realized the network bars are the same as those im one ui 8.0, I thought they changed this to the ones like in ios or Google phones.. what happened??

This only appears when you drop down the notification panel.. Once you pull it back up it's like ios style.
