We are using dual sim in galaxy S21 ultra with first slot/Sim Airtel and Second Sim BSNL. But i thing second sim interfacing in first sim internet connectivity....? Is this happens?? If yes then what's the solution.????

If one is using mobile data from 1st sim slot, the second one will turn on. Well this is strange, in your case. As what I read that u r using sim 1 airtel and sim 2 bsnl. Right now when u r using 1st sim as data and suddenly u see sim 2 using your data. Na not possible there is some setting which has to be seen. As I am a m51 user using 2 sim. When I use 1 then my data is working for sim 1 as selected it does not automatically shifts to 2 until and unless I say so.

Raviaga I am also facing the same issue my sims are Jio +BSNL. There was a user who reported that he shifted from bsnl to airtel and problem was resolved. Try it.

Havinsame problem internet drops any time can't use internet properly i have to use airplane mode every time to fix it but can't do it again and again whole time🥲😔

Check device network mode settings
Please follow the below steps.

Step1: Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on Connections.
Step3: Tap on Mobile networks.
Step4: Tap on network mode SIM1 or SIM2.
Step5: Select network mode.

Note: We recommend to set device network mode as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.

Check network operator settings
Kindly set device network operator as "Automatically".

Please follow the below steps.

Step1: Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on Connections.
Step3: Tap on Mobile networks.
Step4: Tap on Network operators.
Step5: Select automatically.
Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.
Step6: Tap on OK.
Step7: Registered on network.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report).
