Actually after the ONE UI 7 Update users are experiencing this issue. Idk whether it's a bug or Samsung did this for the Google Apps, but there's a fix.

Go to Settings > Advanced Features > Dual Messenger.
Then click on the 3 dots on the top right and select Delete My Data. Once you have deleted your Dual Messenger data, then these app Icons will disappear and then you can make your app clones again.
