Dual Sim Always on issue

Does anyone know how to switch this on?

I already tried what the tech support asked to do, like resetting the network, changing the icon of the sim 2.

BUT NOTHING HAS EVER WORKED!

THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING 

This has never happened to my other dual sim phones.

I use S24+ and have dual Sims. Working fine.

Yes. I have selected sim 1 as primary to receive and take calls. Sim 2 also I have another number which I mostly receiving messages from subscribers. Still if I want to make calls I can select sim2
