I feel it's due to pricing. Samsung becoming expensive these days

They're losing bcoz no innovations, only hw change is proc and ram sometimes camera and that's it.
They keep increasing the price to reach to Apple iPhone price level.
I remember when Note model was launched with iPhone X that was the last time there was a big gap between Samsung and iPhone prices. Then on Samsung is continuously trying to catch up to iPhone.
Also, their arrogance is so high that they don't listen to their customers. Like there is so much of demand for App lock and other features since long but no luck.
Also, with every update they kill or make useful features so useless that u start hating ur phone. AND THEN they'll reintroduce those features with another name and some tweaked settings and all. BEST EXAMPLE is Old name - Fullscreen caller ID
New name- call background
There r so many such examples.
Buy I can't leave Samsung bcoz of S Pen and also it's better Android then rest of the Chinese.

samsung isnt focusing on indian market they just ccp the phone launched in brazil and then they launch in india while other brands like oppo realme redmi take the user feedback analyise it and then they launch their phone they dont just do samsungs strategy

samsung is worst just look at one plus when green line issue came max no of negativity they couldnt tolerate in the end they had to bow in front of their users and they gave one time screen replacement on other hand look at samsung only looking at negativity not taking it seriously and just watching people getting green line issues

look at realme redmi they both are facing criticism but they are working too on it and taking it positively but samsung they dont care

Nope.. Samsung isn't loosing Chhapri devices are getting more chhapri users, who are always crying for updates and features they don't even know what to do with them but they feel good with them. Hehehe.. if the innovation is the key to success then why Apple is success. Trust me You can read the whole Samsung community, you will find people saying samsung doesn't provide update moving to other OEM,Samsung not doing this moving to other OEM.. hehehe, they be like those kids if they are not given any toys so they will choose another parent .. hehehe.. I have seens same amount of users seen moving from chhapri OEMs to Samsung for better usable and better devices..
