Don't update your s22 series (security patch too)

especially if you're using an S22 series device with a newly replaced display, avoid updating it - seriously. Even small security patch updates have caused major issues for many users, like overheating, Ul lag, and random bugs. It's just not worth the risk. If your phone's working fine now, leave it as is. Trust me on this one.

And i get SOT 5 hrs approx in a single charge, giving the age of my s22. I bought it in 2023 and battery life is insanely better on one ui 6.1.

I don't have regrets as one ui 7 is horrible and removing dex for pc is the biggest setback.

Yes, dex for pc removed in one ui 7. No longer dex support in s22 after updating to one ui 7. You can Google it.

They even removed the edge panel 3rd party widget and you can no longer see the animation while going back to app from lock screen. There are lots of things which have been removed in one ui 7.

I call it downgrade.
