Don't get November security update in S23

Still don't get the November security update for s23. 

Samsung forget about the s23 series exist.

I think Samsung of late is struggling to ensure integrity of updates hence Schedule is off the track..

Today is the last day of november month. It means they rollout november security patch update in December.

Direct getting one ui 8, that's why they didn't rollout november security patch. 😂😂😂
