Does replacing battery can break or damage screen

Pls help as the seveicr center person threatened me as i rejected screen replacement which has some scrates no issues fine and told only battery replacement and he told screen can get damaged or break while battery replacement so what to do as his intentions are not good according to me so didnt gave but battery issues remains still pls help

May be he is not talented technician so inform it with samsung online support representative and file the compliant about your service center branch
It will not happen he must solve the problem without breaking it it's his duty
So report about that incident with his name & branch and raise a complaint via WhatsApp or samsung shop app and don't worry or try another service centre

It depends on technician, for example if I replace battery I can damage back panel, display, camera sensor etc. But an experienced technician can replace battery without damaging screen

No it should not be and they aren't supposed to threaten you or lie to you just because they don't want to or don't know how to do their job.

Ypu can escalate the whole issue to service head on servicehead.in@samsung.com , hope they will help.
