Does December 2022 security patch degrade camera performance?

I keep hearing rumors that the December 2022 security patch degrades camera performance. Please confirm\deny it based on your experience.

Dynamic range of main camera is degraded .shutter speed of camera is slow now .many people not notice but especially photography loving person like me say you that don't upgrade
