Does CSC change effect Software Update?

I have purchased global varient of s24 ultra and changed CSC to India, so will I get One UI 7.0 update? And when

If I flash the device, it will reset all the things & I will get normal OTA updates or I always needed to flash the device for updates ??

Data will be erased. You have to flash once only then it will get OTA of indian variant.
