I have purchased this S23 in October 2023 and since then the volume of ringtone goes down to zero automatically multiple times in sound mode. Then I need to go to settings > sounds and vibrations > volume > Ringtone to increase the volume. Other sounds remain unaffected Please help samsung. 🙏
If you are using back cover, maybe an issue occurs because of this. If your issue is not resolved after removing the back cover, then you need to visit the service centre once.
