In my s23 ultra,there is black border around the screen.Is there any option to get full display?

Kindly check these steps:
From Settings, tap Display, and then tap camera cut out >chose shoe camera cut out and then go to Full screen apps. You can tap the switch next to your desired app to turn on Full screen for when you're using the app.
